All the fruit, nuts, cereal etc that we maybe don't normally eat can make you a little :oops: windy !!!

Will it wear off? I will have buns of steel from clenching in public soon :oops:

Haha ROFL :). Hopefully it's just a dietary change and will sort it's self out.

Yes a few ladies have reported that. If you find there is a main offender, just drop it from the rotation!

Beano is also a good product that helps some people wiht this. :)

Just think, all that clenching has to be growing muscle mass! :)

Yes! Also if you have added wheatgrass supps to your diet, whoah!!:rofl: When I talk to anyone IRL about starting swaying or just adding supps as I love! the effect that wheatgrass in itself has on me overall, I always add on the warning to be prepared for the first week or so of evening flatulence:bigsmile:!!!!
