Hello all! I'm feeling good and relaxed about my sway. I'm on a loose version of the LE diet, still low protein and fat, losing weight. Will go vegetarian soon. Curious about Apple butter. Is it too nutritionally dense to eat daily? It's low in calories, no fat or real protein, and the jar doesn't list anything vitamin wise. I know nothing on the diet is a no no, but was wondering if that was a healthier choice than say, sugar free jam.
Second, I'm taking fiber... hubby wants to as well to "keep things moving along" as he put it. Is this pink, or doesn't matter?
