hey everyone. i had my 12 week scan, baby was measuring 12+1. the baby kept moving about wildly, and so did the nub. in one image, the nub is horizontal and forked. in another, it is pointing straight up, and attached to it underneath it is a an inverted dome like structure, similar to what are described as the labioscrotal folds. the nub is right in the middle of this structure. it looks like the stem of a flower with big leaves on either side...
i've googled high and low for a similar nub to compare it too. any ideas? can i be seeing a developing labia from the side, or is it most likely a boy with a yet to develop scrotum ?
