Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I dramatically changed my diet. Lots of coconut water, V8 juice and vegetable juice. I also drink green tea with lemon and honey and water with lemon juice. Eating avocado the week of conception. 3 meals every day with snacking in between most days. Cereal every day, sometimes twice a day. I didn't remove calcium from my diet. In fact I quite enjoy eating a lunch of vita wheats with philadelphia cheese, avocado, tomato and ham. Almonds on the odd occasion.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
I have been on the diet since January. Not always strictly though.

No

No
Comments regarding DH's diet-
Dh lost a little bit of weight a few weeks before I conceived. He unfortunately continued to drink beer although he did begin drinking rum with coke zero instead of beer.

I go to Fertility Acupuncture. In fact, I went to my last acupuncture appointment the day after ovulation (just happened to work out that way).
I use Coconut oil on my body at least twice a day every day.
I was on a mission to declutter the house the week of implantation.
