I posted a few weeks ago about adding in full sugar soda to add some calories since I had dropped down to only getting 950 a day (I dropped the chicken and added more noodles instead). Well I've been able to get 1800 a day (I'm breastfeeding, exercising, and 5'7"). I have lost two pounds in the last week and I only have one more to spare! I wasn't expecting to lose any until closer to my attempt in February. Should I increase calories even more so I can maintain where I am at, or should I hope my body will hit another plateau soon and just maintain whatever weight I happen to drop down to?
