When it comes to juice (apple juice, pineapple juice, grape juice etc.) is it supposed to be 100% juice with no added sugar?
What is the say on sodas? Can we drink sodas and coffee? And what about sweet tea?
Mayo, mustard, ketchup, vinegar, butter and seasoning? Ramen Noodles?

I think I may have answered this in another thread.
100% juice is best.
Soda is ok but if you load up on too much sugary stuff you will gain a ton of weight on blue diet.
Coffee in moderation is ok but we are finding tea is "bluer" than coffee.
All seasonings are fine.
Ramen is ok but is pretty much empty calories. YOu would be better off skipping them in favor of something healthier. I know ramen is touted on some sites as being "magic boy food" but it's only because it's so salty. We have found that sodium is no magic blue bullet in any way and high levels of sodium at the expense of real food actually may sway pink, not blue.
