When it comes to juice (apple juice, pineapple juice, grape juice etc.) is it supposed to be 100% juice with no added sugar?

What is the say on sodas? Can we drink sodas and coffee? And what about sweet tea?

Mayo, mustard, ketchup, vinegar, butter and seasoning? Ramen Noodles?

You may get more results if posted over in the swaying sections Mcooper, I can move this if you like :)

As for your question, I would just try and keep to the rule to keep it as natural as possible, and if you can, switch to green tea as this is a good antioxident so helps your blue sway:)

There are no magic boy/girl foods. You can of course have things like condiments and seasonings. Butter is a great boy food becuase it has the saturated dairy fat that may help increase fertility.

100% juice will be better than juice with sugar or corn syrup (and "white grape juice" may as well be sugar)

Tea seems to be "bluer" than coffee but coffee is ok in moderation (1-2 cups a day)

The thing to keep in mind with TTC a boy is that it is SUPER easy to gain too much weight, and so you want to get the most "bang" for your "buck" with calories. So you might want to limit empty cals in favor of more nutrient dense ones. It doesn't mean you can't have things like soda and sweet tea, but it's going to use up calories in your diet in exchange for little to no nutrition. Ramen noodles, as an example, have next to nothing beneficial in them and are just pretty much a waste of calories. You would be much better off eating something like bean soup or chili where you're getting nutrients instead of just calories and salt.

In the Dream Members section I have a full essay on "eating smarter, not harder" for blue which will help you balance nutrients and calories, and also an essay that grades the foods by A-F for both pink and blue sways so you might want to consider becoming a Dream Member and checking those out.
