Can you see a Nub? If so, boy or girl? 13.6 weeks!

Hello Lovely ladies!

Here is my scan, taken 13.6 weeks. I have asked sonographer to take a Nub shot, she did, then showed me something at the babys bottom and said here is the Nub. Am not quite sure wot it is. I kind of see a thing pointing up, it means boy, but i also see like 2 lines, like fork, so am confused. Please Help!

Am getting almost 100% boy guesess on every forum. Its unbelievable for me! And i would be very very happy if it will be true! I hope this baby havent tricked us with its nub ;)
