It's hard to tell s baby is spot on in the middle and hard to see where it attached. :( Sorry not much help here.

I will convinced my Dr to have another one next week hopefully I will see the placenta

Just ask the Doctor where did the baby implant, that's more certainty than any scan! Good luck!
