Supplement for DH

I am wondering if I should have DH take anything? Someone recommended fertiliaid? He is 43? Doesn't smoke or drink really.

GNS sells a fertility blend for men. Walmart sells Cyvita.

Maybe I will have him try something. What is Cyvita? Do you know what OLE is for?

Unless you know that DH is having issues, I would not start him on any fertility boosting supps because they may sway blue.

Fertilaid has ginseng and maca in it and I'm not sure I trust those for safety. GNC has dong quai in it and I also am not sure I trust for safety.

Cyvita is different and while I do still think it sways blue, I do think the ingredients are safe. If he can get an erection though, again, it's not something I woudl recommend for him (not for safety, for possible blue sway effects)

OLE may help increase sperm health somewhat and also may make more XX babies. Not proven on either account.
