Hi Atomic,

Whenever you have time can you look this over..

I am going to really do my bestest this next cycle.
I may or may not take clomid but here is my diet
Atmoic Fertility
7:30 am coffee with creamer
11 am I ususally have a piece of gluten free toast with butter or a hard boiled egg.
2 pm 1 c basmati rice, 1/4 c grilled chicken, iceberg lettuce, cucumber and tomato salad with ranch and beets
6:30-7 1 c potato, 1/4 c grilled chicken, 1 c broccoli, butter and sour cream on potato
1 c. full fat yogurt
2 days a week I have 3 oz of wild salmon each meal.
I also have on occasion Amy's gluten and dairy free pizza and ceaser salad.
a few pieces of milk chocolate
Am I doing this diet ok?
Anything I should drop or add?
I am have at least 50-60 g of fat and protein

Should I add in any exercise?
can I eat skinny cow treats?

Sometimes I am starving and have a bite of something when I am preparing a meal, does that count as snacking? LOL..Like when you eat a few bites of ice cream out of the container with a spoon it doesn't count!! HAHA

Looking great to me.

I would actually avoid Skinny Cow as most of them have skim dairy which may have a deleterious effect on fertility.

A few bites do count as snacking - but I did it too and still got DD :)
