Thanks for the guess! Please feel free to make your guesses for fun as I find out next week. I never felt that this would be accurate but figured this is one way to test it out.

I notice it says Twin A. Are these both of the same or is the lower one Twin B?

RockvilleMommy

Both the same twin. Twin B was shy so no nub was visible.

Interesting. The ultrasound tech guessed girl because she saw a horizontal line. I never knew you could guess so soon. Thought I would do this for fun since I am finding out soon anyway

Thank you everyone for your guesses. This is a fun site that I stumbled upon. Feel free to keep guessing I will certainly update next week. Kind of funny because we are almost 50-50 which is the chance that it will be a boy or a girl haha.

Tech probably said girl because of the fork. Boy nubs can fork too but the angle is what makes the difference. This one looks like its rising so a boy guess here as well too

Looks boyish to me but the tech can see a lot more than we can guessing off a still. What were you hoping for?

Well I'm not sure how to make this an update thread so I'll just update here. This baby turned out to be a boy - so the majority of you were right. We're expecting twins but I did not include the other baby's U/S because there was no nub visible. Well that baby is also a boy! I have to admit through extreme guilt I feel disappointed. I already have a son and considering we were not planning to have twins I am probably done now and will never have a daughter, which has always been a dream of mine. Potentially once the babies are 2 I will re-think a 4th but am very nervous to end up with 4 boys! So if/when that time comes, I'll probably do more research on this site about swaying. I did a slight sway this time, following the shettles method as far as timing - which clearly did not work. Thanks to everyone who guessed and for your well wishes.

Sorry Rockville honey! I had terrible GD with my DS2 so I totally understand stick around here its a lovely supportive community. If you do decide to sway again there is heaps of info but in the meantime enjoy your twins X

I just want to tell you to not feel guilty for feeling sad or disappointed. We can all really understand your feelings here! If you do decide to sway with a fourth atomic has such amazing info that goes way beyond Shettles (which has basically been disproven) and has a pretty high success rate for both boys and girls. Either way I wish you absolutely all the best and a nice easy pregnancy with your little guys :)

I'm so sorry that you didn't get a daughter. I know there are plenty of women here who understand what you are going through, and while everyone might not understand gender disappointment, many people do. My doctor guessed boy at my 11 week ultrasound, so I am psyching myself up for some gender disappointment in a few weeks too when it will be more accurate. Hang in there, and know that you are not alone. Hugs!

So sorry to hear that you did not get one girl out of your two new babies. I know what that is like. I had one son and didn't really sway for number two as I thought we would be having three and I could do it next time. Then bam, twins. I thought that at least one had to be a girl but no. It was a great shock, two go's used up at once and we were only going to have three. We have changed our mind though about a 4th and although it will be hard it will be so worth it and we are going to do HT as do not want to chance it. Things are getting alot easier these days too.

My twin boys are the lights of my life. You will love having twins. It helps with the GD a bit, the twin factor. They are two and a half now and their relationship is so special, there is no way I would make them girls now. And if they had have been I don't think I would have gotten that close Mother/Daughter relationship I wanted anyway as they are so close to each other. Good luck with the rest of the pregnancy.

Aww sorry I guess right. We all understand the disappointment here all to well. It helps to find something to get excited about like picking the name or decorating the room.
