Hello girls! I'm a 31 year old norwegian girl. We have two boys, and we are now trying to have a girl. I'm in my second week of LEdiet and cardio every day. I will ovulate around 1 dez. I know for sure that the whole month of dezember will be all about christmas-parties, and eating. I wonder if we will have our first attempt around ovulation already, after just 4 weeks of diet and working out everyday. I'm afraid that the month of dezember will ruin my sway.. What do you think? Shorter time doing the LEdiet how I'm supposed to, or longer time not dieting the way I should? (Because of the holidays).

In your case, I might put off TTC and start the LE in Jan, do it for a full 3 months, then start TTC in March/April. A full 12 weeks really is optimal, and 4 weeks only is a much weaker sway IMO. How badly do you want a girl and how quickly?

It is possible to do LE through the holidays - I and several other pink swayers are doing so - but obviously not as fun. So I guess it depends on how much you care about holiday eating, how strong your will power, how long you want to wait to TTC etc.

A few meals will not ruin your sway, but if you are eating most of the time, that will not sway pink. I am a hermit so that makes things easier for me, but if I worked in an office with people bringing in treats daily and went to lots of parties, I can see how it would be a struggle.

Hi and welcome!

A lot of people have found that the holidays are easier than they think because there are many foods that still feel "special" to eat and so you feel like you are getting treats when you are really sticking to the diet perfectly fine. THere are no magic foods on LE Diet, it is all about staying in the totals for the day, and you can do that eating Christmas foods the same as you can with normal foods.

We are having best results with more like 12+ weeks on diet so you may want to take that into consideration.

Thanks!
I will NOT start all over again in january, (I donīt have the pacience). So I guess I will be doing LE-diet and excercising all december as well:) It is kind of fun anyway.. We will wait until the ovulation around 1-2 january, so that will give me a minimum of 8-9 weeks before our first attempt.

Sounds good, welcome to the 'swaying pink through the holidays' club! If I don't conceive in Dec I will be trying again around Jan 5th. :)
