I've posted a couple of times now but haven't really introduced myself properly yet.
I'm a mum of 4, I have 2 girls aged 12 & 10 and 2 boys aged 5 & 2 and would absolutely love another bundle of pink, I would of course be totally in love with a blue but a pink after 10 years would be bliss.

I swayed for baby #3 using the Shettles method and some changes in diet and we got out little boy, so I believe in swaying.

I've heard some people speak of personalised plans and was wondering how this is something I could go about?

I should mention I have PCOS so it may be a struggle to even conceive without the help of fertility drugs

Welcome :). Membership and plans at the top. Then just select what you want. After you've paid for it you fill out the questionnaires.

The personalized plans are great makeitfive. Atomic totally takes your situation into account (things like PCOS,etc) and then you don't have to worry about anything but following the plan. I hope you get another girl :)

HI and welcome!!

We are finding that Shettles doesn't reliably work for people and we are moving away from it, BUT I do include it in the plans for those who want it.

More info about the Custom Plans is here: Personalized Plans and Coaching Service Details (http://genderdreaming.com/forum/personalized-plans-coaching-service-details/)

We are getting pretty good results with PCOS, I have a couple of special diets we use and you can read more about those in this thread http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/9052-swaying-under-special-circumstances-part-3-pcos.html
