Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Traditional LE-6 weeks then switched to PCOS LE 12 weeks
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
18 weeks total
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
No
Comments regarding DH's diet-
Didn't change his diet at all. Ate less meat just because I was vegetarian. He always skips breakfast anyway.
DId you consume alcohol? Often- daily
DId you try to limit caffeine?
Yes, I cutback
Any Diet Details?
Changed to decaf coffee.
Drank white wine or did vodka shots daily
Greatly reduced white sugar and white flour
Ate only whole grains
Added cinnamon to my coffee
Cheats were typically seafood--shrimp, mussels, clams
Ate lots of rice, corn tortillas, baked potatoes, veggie pizza and iceberg salads.
No oatmeal, dried fruit or nuts, no coconut oil, no meat or chicken.

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
Lost 10 pounds. 18.5 BMI at conception. Didn't want to drop too much lower and mess up ovulation.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
Intense cardio 6 days a week for 18 weeks. Bought a treadmill on Craigslist for $50 and ran 60+ minutes about 6 days a week.

DH and I had a few glasses of wine and then took a hot bath together. He released outside me and then less then half an hour later we had our attempt, reverse cowgirl position. No jump and dump I just rolled over and went to sleep.

Took 1/2 dose natural calm daily which works out to less than half your daily recommended dosage-- about 175 mg. this was not for a traditional cal/mag sway but rather for my PCOS and thyroid.

The cardio and diet really mellowed me out. I really felt like I made the switch from "martha" to "Mary" plus lots of things were out of my control at this time-- DH laid off, selling in a bad market, being on WIC and medicaid.
