Hi ladies - this is more of a fyi/support post mainly.
I'm hanging in waiting for AF to return so I can actively start swaying. I'm loosely doing le, feeling it out, learning what I can and can't do that will work for 12+ weeks. Today I was in pain all day - I can't be sure but I think it's ovulation pain, something I didn't really experience before. So fingers crossed she shows up in 2 weeks and I can really push the sway!
I'm breastfeeding so this all could be nothing and I may just be lurking on here for awhile longer. Time will tell.

I have had some fake O's when breastfeeding that came with O pain, so while it is def. a good sign that things may be headed in the right direction, it can still go either way! :)

Good luck and hope AF is here soon!

It's very unpleasant. My O pains are sometimes bad enough to be disruptive to my life. :/ I did not have them till I was 25 or so and they've gotten worse and worse over the years.

Crazy how our bodies change over the years. I've never had it until this experience, and although I can't be positive that's what it was, I'm pretty sure. It passes around the 28 hr mark. I did have an intense pain that stopped he words flowing from my mouth (that doesn't happen easily lol) and then it was just gone.

I have never given birth or BFed but I also have had severe O pain, on numerous occasions, that occurred 1-2 weeks before I actually Oed. Usually my O pain aligns with O but not always, it can be quite misleading indeed.

But I hope in your case it's O for real or a sign of O soon to come.

ok refresh my memory, how far are you postpartum, how much are you BF, etc??

ONe thing that may help (altho I could never manage this myself LOL) is to nurse less at night. (my kids were booby monsters at night)

Sorry it's been MONTHS since
My last sign in. I'm now 11.5 months pp. No cycle. Ollie almost always sleeps through - but the odd night wakes to nurse.

Your body just wants to make really sure that you're ready to TTC again!! IT will happen in time. Not that unusual to go a year or more without PPAF.
