Rephresh and irregular cycles

Hello :)

For our attempt we will be doing frequent BD and I was wondering how to use rephresh if my cycle is irregular and I am not exactly sure when I will ovulate. Even if I have super long cycles, should I still use it every three days? Should I use it through ovulation since I am unsure of my cycle and exactly when ovulation will occur? Has anyone ever used it after your attempt?

do you have a CBFM? that could help you to narrow your window of when you need to use the RepHresh? This is what I'll be doing

If I use it every three days and then I get the +OPK on day 3 do I use it again to cover ovulation? Does that make sense? I am worried that the rephresh will be gone by time I actually ovulate, but I also really want to get pregnant.

Yes, I do have a CBFM :) I used it for the first time this cycle. I have 4 days of medium followed by 2 days of peak. :) I hope that I have that kind of warning next cycle too. :)

Yes, def. use some again to cover ovulation. You ~may~ not want to use quite as much, or then again maybe you do...it all depends on how much other stuff you're doing to sway and how much in a hurrry you are to conceive.
