So maybe I've heard this wrong and this is a dumb question but is it okay to have coffee w/ milk for breakfast when TTC pink? I thought I read to skip breakfast for pink so now I'm wondering if having coffee is okay.

Also, is it more about fasting for a long time overnight rather than just waiting until lunchtime to eat? I get up around 7/8 am every day and by 10am I have to eat otherwise I get shaky (I'm breastfeeding btw).

I think it's perfectly fine to have coffee with or without milk/cream first thing in the morning.

Most people will want to avoid all but artificial sweeteners in the morning, but this was something where I broke my own rules and always had sugar in my coffee in the morning. Still got a girl doing that.

It's just giving it a long time between meals at least once day. I often ate more like 10-11 because I get up super early.

What would be considered a long time when eating for the first time that day? Is 12 hours long enough? It's hard for me not to snack after dinner lol

there's no magic amount of time, just as long as you can.

Crikey... Does that mean skinny lattes or flat whites are bad? I have them some mornings around 3 hours after waking..

I feel like I'm cheating alot right now😔 birthdays and Christmas parties starting up already. I'm still not having meat but I find it hard to pass up one the sweets. Did you do the LE diet too? If you did how long were you on it and how strict were you?

I did it for 7 months I was as strict as I could be! I pretty much ate the same every day for lunch at about 11.30am then no snacking until dinner at 6pm which I ate whatever my DH cooked ( he didn't know I was swaying) I just told him I wanted to eat more vege dishes as I use to be vege still ate eggs once a week, fish and chicken once per week.
Try and have a fat free yoghurt to curb sugar cravings and sometimes I would have a few lollies. I did snack or have cheats once per week. Hope that helps I actually got really use to it and found it not that hard especially once you get over 2 months or so its the initial adjustment I think is hard!! I also stopped MFP after about 3 mths. Do you have a custom plan? Its worth every penny!! More to curb your crazy , good luck Xx

I was great at first.. Found it easy but lately when tempted with yummy sweets I have been caving. Physically I feel good. Slim and super fit from all the exercise. You've inspired me to be better though. If I have another boy after all the cheating I'll feel like I could have done better... But if I do my best I won't wonder. I do have a plan. Well worth the money definitely. Atomic has been very supportive 😄

Awwwh that's good! But don't feel bad about the odd cheat, that's how I survived!! I also didn't do excersize so went a little harder on diet because of that. That's what I thought as well at least I did my very best and if its another boy so be it!! Good luck I will be following your progress, its such a great site! X
