Really? darn! This was a photo I found from my 12 week ultra sound..but babe was measuring a week ahead. On a few other sites people said it looked like a nub sticking out ..but I think that is more part of the leg when i adjusted lighting?

Definitely no nub showing but I'd guess boy based on skull theory
