Tired right after ovulation! -Progesterone?

Hi!
Is it possible to experience extreme tiredness 1-2 days after ovulation? Is it the progesterone that cause this tiredness and is it a sign that your body has ovulated?

I really hope it's a sign for ovulation since i feel i can't trust my body temperature this month. (Irregular temping)

Any experience of this? Isn't 1-2 DPO early to feel these symptoms?*

Yes and yes! You can't know for sure but absolutely possible. P often causes fatigue and some have a big spike in P right after O.

I thought it's more likely to have progesterone symptoms one week after ovulation and not even possible before that. Does the progesterone rises that fast?
I felt noticeably different 1-2 DPO.

P levels do indeed peak later, around 7DPO onwards, but that doesn't mean you can't have a big spike in P very early on and in fact that's not uncommon. And if you're sensitive to significant hormone changes you can indeed feel effects, especially if you're paying attention to your body.

I htink you are thinking too much about all this and you should just operate under the assumption that you have ovulated. Maybe the tiredness is related, maybe it isn't. No one can know that and no one knows how it all works anyway.

You may very well be tired not because of progesterone, but because of your estrogen levels droppping which DOES happen immediately right after O.
