Current Children's Gender(s)

Did you purchase and follow a GD Personalized Plan?
Yes
DIET
Did you follow a diet plan?
Yes
If yes to diet, which one did you most follow? LE(Low Everything)

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Ate only LE foods - lots of matzo with cheese and mushrooms (my fav!), crisps and rice cakes. Plenty of white foods as well - mainly carbs to get some source of energy. NO snacking whatsoever and always skipped breakfast!
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
Actually been on LE diet for a VERY long time (since January 2013!) as was waiting for AF after the birth of DS2. Lost a lot of weight and had everyone thinking I was anorexic! Finally AF returned May 2014 but by then I had become quite relaxed in what I ate, stopped using MFP and even reintroduced meat (not red meat) once in a while.

This was to get my protein levels up in the hopes AF would return and my weight loss was not the reason she stayed away for 21 MONTHS!
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
No
Comments regarding DH's diet-
He ate what I cooked at home (still cooked meat or Quorn option) but couldn't control what he did for his lunch at work.
DId you consume alcohol? Often- daily

DId you try to limit caffeine?
Yes, I had 1 drink per day
Any Diet Details?
I did MY version of LE towards the end and stuck to the NO breakfast or snacking rules but being on it for over a year I became very relaxed.

To appease people's worries that I was becoming anorexic I made sure to eat well in social situations.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?
-
WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
Started off at 63 kgs and LE took me down to 44 kgs which I maintained up until my BFP.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
When AF returned in May I decided, as diet was so relaxed, to add exercise to my sway so I rode the bike in the gym for an hour 5/6 days a week.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
So glad I got to include exercise in my sway as I felt I wasn't going down the 'whole kitchen sink' route that I had to have something else in my corner!

Although towards the end I did give up possibly a week before I ovulated as it was becoming quite tedious and I was exhausted!! So hope this doesn't affect my overall sway!
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Too long on diet - could my body have gotten accustomed to my eating habits? And giving up exercise!

DHs immediate family is ONLY boys!

Just cannot imagine I would ever be so lucky to have a girl :(
Things worth mentioning:
Just so happy to be FINALLY pregnant and 'think' I saw a girly nub at my 13w 3d scan so that makes me feel hopeful.

I feel so at peace if we have DS3 after seeing that sweet baby wriggling around at my scan - gender desire does not seem as strong as it did with DS2.

Thanks ladies!! We are definitely finding out the gender as soon as we can. 20 week scan booked for 13th January but may try to get a scan done sooner when I go home for Christmas as a surprise for my parents and DH.

Really couldn't do it without all the support on the site and the encouragement of everyone the past year and a bit...really really pray for everyone to get their desired gender!
