Did you purchase and follow a GD Personalized Plan?
No
DIET
Did you follow a diet plan?
Yes
If yes to diet, which one did you most follow? LE(Low Everything)

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
No meat, no breakfast, no snacking. I am very skinny and not so tall so it was quite normal for me to eat around 1200-1400 calories per day. Before, I used to snack something for breakfast and in between meals but this was one big change for me. Just 2 plain meals one at 12 usually and the other one around 18. So I stayed within 1200 calories everyday. I didn't have any problems ovulating so this wasn't a big shock for my body. But I felt that eating no meat took almost all my strength away. I am not a very big meat eater but I used to eat chicken around 4 times a week. Pork/red meat I anyway eat only maybe once every 2-3 months.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
8 weeks
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
Yes
Comments regarding DH's diet-
No meat for 8 weeks
DId you consume alcohol? A couple of drinks per week

DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I did not factor that into my sway
Any Diet Details?
I drink maybe one or two coffees a month so I could say I didn't use any coffee in my diet. I also don't drink tea so I basically only drank Water most of the time. The week of the attempt I had almost every night one or two shots of tequila with DH and the night of the attempt we each had one glass of Champagne.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?
I would have liked to exercise, I tried for 2 or 3 days but I realized I wouldn't be able to keep up. So I decided to do absolutely nothing! My husband did cross-training around 5 times a week/90 min at once so I hope this helped.
WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
I am a very petite person, my BMI decreased over the 8 weeks from 17.8 to approximately 17.3. So there still was some weight loss.

Don't believe but still put my favorite pink scarf under the bed. I fugured it couldn't harm.
Things that make me feel great about my sway:
No meat or snaking, still losing some weight although there is not much I can lose. The only one attempt at positive OPK, I also BBT so I know I ovulated the day after the attempt. My DH abstained for 9 days before our attempt, he also took a hot shower before DTD. Very stressful days at work. I honestly thought I will not get pregnant on the first try. I also did not have any EWCM the month of the attempt. Usually I get some EWCM for 2 days but this time nothing. If I wouldn't have used two different brands of OPK I wouldn't have guessed I ovulated. I also ovulated on the left side after previously ovulating on the right side for 3-4 months.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Not exercising, not taking fiber, clomid, chitosan or other supplements used in many successful sways.
Things worth mentioning:
I pray it's a little baby girl! It would be my dream come true!! But if it's a boy it will without doubt be loved more than anything in the world!!

Just wanted to update, no heartbeat yesterday at 7w 4 days, had d&c today. I am a complete mess right now! What I learnt from this, lovely ladies don't cry when you get a BFN... Just find peace with yourself... It just hurts a million times more to end it later than just get AF when is supposed to come and move on faster and with less pain... It literally broke my heart in two peaces when the doctor told me also babies under 500gr have to be properly buried. The hospital is taking care of everything, here in Germany they have a cemetery called "Star Kids" where they put them to rest. There is one in every major city, I will find the strength to go there pretty soon. I wish you all good luck! I am sorry to be such a mess now, but I know you lovely ladies understand! Special thank you to my heart-dear C ❤️ you are the best!

Luv U ❤️

Oh Cristina, I am so sorry. If you're ever near Bonn I'd love to get some coffee or take you out for a meal and provide any support, if you just want to be around someone who understands and would be glad to listen or commiserate. I will never fully get over my twin miscarriage in 2012. BFNs are infinitely more tolerable, you have that right.

Love, light, peace and healing to you. Big hugs.
