Do you think it's ok to insert refresh using a clean finger as I don't want to use the whole application.

probably fine, personally I'd just use a sterile syringe/pipette

Have you tried it? I tried using a finger of aci-jel and I felt I probably lost most of it right at the entrance IYKWIM. Maybe you'd want it spread about a little bit more to make sure it's stuck to the walls of your V ready to lower the pH of your EWCM and other stuff!

Um, good point, I might try syringe thing, I really think if I use too much it's going to stop me getting pregnant again

I was very stingy with the rephresh this time around. I did use the applicator, but I only gave it a tiny squeeze, and made sure I was at least 2 days away from O (it ended up being 3 days away).

mochagirl the thing to be careful about using the applicator more than once is the bacteria so you could risk infection

Do you just use a normal pipette or syringe? I know it's a bit of a hassle but I think I'll be more stressed thinking about too much going up there if I use the whole application

I only use the applicator once then throw the rest out. Wasteful, I know.

You can use any or all of these methods as long as you're very sure not to reuse the same applicator twice without washing it.
