I will hopefully be in the 2 ww when I'm on holiday and plan to swim every day as it will be 100 degree heat!!!! I don't need to worry about using rephresh as Long as I'm in the 2 ww do I? Does it matter what my ph is in the 2 ww?

no, doesn't matter at all
24-48hrs after ovulation that egg is dead (unless it was fertilised) and by then it doesn't matter if the pH favours which sperm

from what I've read it seems that pH is most important on OV day, and the two days before (or whenever you DTD in your fertile window)

enjoy your holiday, and relax in your 2ww :D

Hmmm...I never even gave any thought to this. I was swimming daily in the days leading up to O, and swam for the last time 3 days before O, but I'm fairly sure it was after I used my last application of Rephresh. Oops!

I wouldn't worry about it, Mocha. I can even see that swimming in a lake could potentially sway pink by washing away CM.

Thanks - I was just going to start a new thread asking about swimming in fresh water since all the posts to date seem to be asking about pools or salt water. The more I thought about it, the more I figured that if baths are ok then swimming in fresh water should be ok.
