Yes upside down. Baby is lying on its tummy here. This was taken when baby was measuring 13 weeks exactly. What makes you think boy?

This is a really hard shot. I'd just go with a small girl lean as it appears parallel - ish to me but the image is taken at a strange angle so who knows. Good luck. I hope you get whatever your heart desires :)
