13 weeks 2 days any guesses?

I am 13 weeks 2 days and today I went in for my 2nd appointment. I could not see a nub at all or anything between the legs because the baby was moving around like crazy. I am nervous and a little bit of a wreck because I thought I would see something. Any hints of anything? Thanks.

Anything with the skull? I was comparing with DD u/s her skull was so different and round. She was tiny and this baby seems so long and big. :)
