I have had tingling in my hands the last 2 days and a little in my feet. Mostly my last 2 fingers on my left hand going up to my wrist. I looked online and saw it might be a b12 deficiency. But with all the dairy I eat I am not sure that is it. Any ideas?

Hi chicky, I don't know why it's happening but I do think you should see a doctor just in case if it continues. Hope you're ok, xx

I had this during pregnancy due to swelling around the wrist causing minor carpal tunnel syndrome - some of my fingers went tingly/a bit numb, and occasionally twinges running up to my wrist

B12 deficiency takes years to develop. Far more likely, your electrolytes are off.
I think you should see a doc just to be on the safe side, but I would IMMEDIATELY up my intake of potassium in a sane way. Eat a banana or two and have a coconut water and/or some Gatorade/orange juice/tomato juice and see if it gets better.
