Starting LE tomorrow for the third time. Wish me luck!

Nervous and excited about starting LE tomorrow. Is there a record what we're eating thread going at the moment? It helped me stick to it last time. As to why this is my third go at LE, I had a boy first time, second time I started LE while still BF and it stopped me ovulating. When I gave in and came off the diet, I got AF within a month. So I've had two cycles now and it's a new year, time to try again. Going to get back on the fibre, folate and get DH on OLE and peppermint tea too. How long on LE is the current thought? Hi Weezie! Glad you got af back, still waiting on mine. Ds3 is 13 months & bf. I'm not sure if 12 weeks is recommended now? :)

I'm on my 3rd start too. :) I was going to get my tubal reversal twice before now but things came up and it didn't happen. I had started the diet prior to each of those times and when the TR didn't end up happening, I got extremely discouraged and completely stopped LE. I've been doing it since Jan 1st. So far so good! I haven't seen a what we're eating thread but it seems like a great idea! Good luck!!!

Thanks Atomic. Are the comments above right that 12 weeks is getting the best results? Having re-read your essays on the diet and weight loss, I'm reminded that I don't have much weight to lose and don't want to scare my ovulation off again! Do you think eight weeks is long enough to change the environment sufficiently? If not, I'll aim for the twelve. Thank you
