Please critique, I would love your feedback!

Diet: high calcium, low everything else diet
Approx 1500 calories/day. No breakfast, snacking, or meat. I have also cut out (most) of my chocolate!
DH: is following the same diet although with a higher caloric intake (at least 2500 calories/day) and he is still eating meat, although less frequently and smaller quantities than normal

Excercise: I do a lot of walking so I am keeping that up. I am also trying to do at least 30-60+ min of cardio a day but to be honest I've been slacking lately.
DH: N/A I cannot convince hubby to join in on my workout videos :)

We are aiming for at least a week of abstinence with only one attempt at pos OPK, I think I'll wait 5 min with my hips up then jump and dump. Hot shower/bath for both of us right before and no big O for me.

Supplements: This cycle only I will becoming off of BCP
Folic acid 2mg/day - half in the morning, half around supper
Vitex ?
On O day I am also eating mass amounts of Cassava root chips (as many as I can eat at lunch and supper)

Ions/superstitions: matching or coordinating baby girl outfits under bed
Two wooden spoons each with a pink ribbon
Rose quartz jewelry
Orange/eyculpetus oils

I'm not sure I should add an antihistamine and/or vitex? Should I look into adding a cassava root fertility supplement (Cassanovum)? If any of these when to take them and how often?

My attempt won't be until the end of the month so I can still tweak things if need be :)

Just my tuppence worth but think if including exercise it needs to be 60 mins 5-7 times a week or stick to couch potato. Anything in the middle sways blue!

I find chocolate ok as long as I count it in limits!

Good luck!

Thank you keepthefaith :)

I, too, have kept my chocolate within my daily total

Thanks for the info about the in between excercise, I wasn't aware of that. I think the 60 min cardio 5/6 x per week is getting much better results compared to not doing anything at all, though?

Yes definitely is, I've been doing daily cardio for months now and it's become bit of a habit! Tape things I like on tv and workout as I watch lol
