"Chitosan" is recommended in LE diet (fibers). However all the products contain vitamins. It is written on the box "with loads of vitamins". Is that okay or is there a special Chitosan product for LE diet?

Ah, I think I found a product without vitamins! :happy:

Yes sometimes the fibers have added vitamins, look for the kind without them.
