I'm strictly not TTC baby #3 until January 2016. (I learned with DS2 that NTNP at the start of a sway = :baby:)

My plan this time is to go the whole nine yards with the Kitchen Sink sway and see where that takes me.

How far in advance would I need to start the strict diet and exercise to get the maximum effect?

I know this is posted somewhere, but I can't find it. (I like to be able to write a date on my calendar!)

How exciting. When I was 100 % sure on swaying before I even considered that I could try HT I wanted to do a Kitchen sink sway. My first plan of attack was about a year before I planned to start TTC and started eating a bit less so I could slowly become used to the LE diet and make it seem normal to me by the time I had to be really strict on it. (which I think is 6 months before for max effect) Also to try and do it all without obsessing and being a strict planner so I wanted to buy a sway plan so I was following Atomics plan instead of mine and driving my ego, hence the Martha type personality. I even wanted to cut down on FB because I enjoyed giving people advise in online Mummy groups and at the time I secretly believed my way was the best way. I was so ignorant with just the one easy child. I promise I have matured alot since then!

Goodluck and hope your DC3 is a girl :)

12 weeks plus. I ended up being on mine 9 months total between when I started and what amounted to BFN attempts. The longer the better that shows the best results! I was definitely a kitchen sink swayer! every recommended supp and even DH joined in on a LE vegetarian diet with me because we've read all the dietary gender studies from here and straight from the universities that conducted them and we were successful! Good luck!

A full 12 weeks of diet, exercise, and supps is ideal; I don't think longer than that improves your sway necessarily, unless you have a lot of weight to lose. But I agree that easing into the sway gradually (over weeks or months, whatever works for you) is a great idea for many women, that way by the time you start swaying strictly for 3mo you are past the obsessive/anxious phase and your sway is a more of a relaxed routine - in terms of your mental approach. Good luck!

What everyone already said.

I do want to point out though, that all too often it's the superstrict, supercrazy, superintense sways that fail and more laid back ones succeed. MPO is that we get better results when people focus on the stuff that really works and drop the stuff that doesn't

(diet 12 weeks, exercise, fiber, one attempt)

^^^Yesssss! Some women will obsess over the mineral theory, pH & jellies/lubes, timing and frequency but can't be bothered doing the diet & exercise and don't believe they can get pregnant with just one attempt; not surprisingly they usually end up getting boys.

I think just the sheer level of concentration/determination required to do a full on sway keeping all those balls juggled in the air constantly sways hugely blue, I really do. IT's a bitter irony!
