Had gender scan at 17+5 is this really my boy?

Had my ultrasound yesterday.. & the tech said he was 99% sure it was a boy!.. Can any of you ladies confirm it also, and it's not just swollen girl parts? We've bought lots of boy stuff so I'm abit nervous....
