12 Week nub. Is it a girl??

First time parent here. We just came back from our 12weeks 4days ultrasound and the tech did not even try to guess this one. Anyone here care to try a guess.

Is it a girl? :DD: or a boy? :DS:

So what I am seeing at the bottom of the stomach might be the umbilical cord?
