What is the best app for iphones that allows you to track carbs, fat, protein, potassium, sodium, etc? TIA!

Most use myfitnesspal. Remember you don't need to track sodium as it doesn't sway, and in general I wouldn't worry about tracking minerals. Just fat, protein, carbs and cals. Although, tracking your fat breakdown (monoun-, polyun-, and saturated) is useful, and possibly sugars vs complex carbs. But I'd definitely avoid obsessing about any of these details as that can sway blue. Once you've gotten the general idea down after a few weeks, I'd stop tracking daily and just do so once a week to make sure you're staying on track.
