I think skull theory is only for early in the pregnancy. Sorry!

skull theory can be used at any stage its how anthropologists and forensic departments identify gender of remains. Its "guessing" on pregnancy related to the actual science but sometimes there is a strong enough skull. This one would fall into the girl category. But remember its no where close to a science for pregnancy like it is on an adult skull.

I think it may be Boy.... as the Jaw is not square and the upper part of forehead is not round....
