Hello Ladies long time! As most of you know that still remembers me know I'm a mom to 7 boys! I'm soooooo wanting a girl this last and final time. I'm not swaying just yet. My cycle haven't return since having boy #7( 15months ago). I'm just basically not rushing researching so when the time comes I'll know way more than I know now lol. I'm actually dieting now it's the green smoothie diet. I'm doing fruit and leafy greens for breakfast&lunch than a small dinner. I would eat like small amount of fish or shrimp with broccoli. I do snack very little only 1 or 2 things a day like on a handful of nuts or seeds,celery,carrots,1 teaspoon peanut butter, or 1 boiled egg. I drink only water throughout the day 8 glasses. I do notice I'm eating way less now very hungry I may add lol. I wonder could this be swaying girl what I'm doing? Oh I'm also taking antidepressants and zyrtec daily something I never did with my boys.

Think it sounds too nutritious to sway girl! But good luck with the diet xxxx

I agree that it sounds a little too healthy! Do you have much weight to lose ? If you have enough weight to lose it's probably fine to continue this diet for awhile until your cycle resumes then switching to something not as healthy to lose more weight. Good luck to you!

I think if you stop the leafy greens, add the snacks to your "meal" times, and switch your water to either crystal lite or diet pop, then you will be swaying girl. Look at the alternate form of LE. This thread: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/ttc-girl/47264-le-diet-pcos.html, has a link to the LE info and some of us are listing off what we are eating. Your current diet aligns mostly with that diet. I personally drink a smoothie every morning and used to do the green smoothies. I just took out the leafy greens and added full fat yogurt. I would recommend switching to the LE diet now because it will cause you to lose the weight you want while you're waiting for your cycles to restart.

Yes, that diet can be pink friendly. You can get a girl eating small amounts of nutrient dense foods!!!!! :)

NO you do not need to change anything you are doing. Coming right from the horse's mouth here. If it's working for you, the most important thing is NOT NOT NOT the foods you eat but the AMOUNTS and you are eating a "lower everything" diet than you were before, to be sure.
