Ok, so i read the article about baby aspirin and how it can be dangerous, but I have antiphospholipid syndrome that kept making me miscarry before i started taking the aspirin on direction from my fertility specialist and had to keep taking it until a week before i had my last baby on direction from my high risk OB's. It also took me 2 1/2 yrs to conceive ds2 and as soon as i started the BA i conceived him and carried him full term, so its definitely doing something positive for me. I am really not comfortable with NOT taking it, so i would just avoid cranberry while on it, correct?

Taking aspirin for a medical reason and taking it for swaying are two very different things. I also have APS and take aspirin all the time. I add lovenox shots when pregnant to sustain pregnancy. If your RE told you that aspirin was part of your treatment to carry a healthy pregnancy, then take it. And yes, avoid cranberry and other things that could additionally thin your blood. :)

You NEED the aspirin. That warning is only for people who were using it for swaying.
