Hello ladies I get really bad pms a week or two before period where I just crave sweet salty and fat or heavy food 😭😭 what can I do are there any supplements to help because if I don't control those cravings my sway is more likely to fail Even though I know gender is not guaranteed..

Don't take supplements like that when you may be pregnant (which is in the 2ww.)

IT is normal to crave foods and it is ok to give into some of those cravings when swaying. It's the best time to have a planned cheat. Remember, it's not neccessary to be perfect on diet ALL the time and cheating is actually encouraged on LE Diet. (within reason)
