Hi all,
Thought I would post, I have been trying for a girl for some years now on and off the LE diet (never 100%), after 2 years our doctor told us we had to turn to IVF to conceive, we decided not to as we have two healthy boys and after 8mths off the LE diet I fell pregnant accidently. I was eating lots of healthy foods (3 meals and snacks) at the time but had recently lost 5kg due to cardio and weights.I had also become vegetarian, I have always been overweight (and still quite heavy) and I think maybe the change in diet helped me to conceive a girl. I also have PCOS, I just wanted to say please don't lose hope, dreams can come true. Good Luck everyone :)2358523585
