In specific, a husband friendly list LOL.

We want a boy and are ready to start trying again. DD just turned 1 and is weaned. I know DH though and I can regurgitate a ton of info from online and he will brush it off. But if I can just give him a simple list he will be more into it.

Is there a basic list like that anywhere? I've read through the stickies.

Seems like from the spreadsheet...

woman: CoQ10, vitamins, wheat grass, fish oil, EPO, royal jelly, mucinex, eat a lot, cardio/weights.
man: l-arg, vitamins, fish oil, avoid hot baths

Can I just tell him this, or am I missing anything important?

We honestly can't do that because not all sway tactics or supps are right for everyone. The "cookie cutter" approach to swaying like they have on some of the other sites doesn't work because different things are right for different people. Example -l-arginine...if DH has any history of herpes (even just cold sores) l-arg can really aggravate it and shouldn't use it.

I think the two most important things for blue are multivitamins for both DH and DW, and the regular release plus 3-5 attempts in the fertile window. Taking some extra Vit. D is good too!!

ABOVE ALL ELSE - single most important thing for blue - NO SMOKING. Some studies have linked smoking to more girls conceived, and in my experience with the Custom Swayers, people who smoke are way, way more likely to have girls.

Don't use Royal jelly, even though people have used it, all it really is is just B vitamins with a bit of fat and protein in it. You can get all that stuff from other places without the risk of allergic reactions (which is considerable with the RJBP) and also RJ can really, really delay and mess up your ovulation

Thanks Atomic. Oops, I bought 60 days worth of royal jelly already on amazon. I might try it and if it delays things this month quit it.

DH doesn't have any problems with herpes and was actually already taking L-arg as a workout supplement, so I'm lucky he already takes that!

No smoking here :)
