The little bobbly bit on the top is the formation of the head of the penis. Sometimes (depending on machine quality and movement) it will start off like a curved fork like () where as a girl is going to be V or ||. You may also see uneven lines like -_ which would also be the same stacking. Sometimes they rise then stack or vice versa. Google image search "stacked nub" and you will get all kinds of examples :D (and apparently some I've colored in on this site LOL)

Thank you for explaining nahri... I've tried googling but still haven't found a nub that looks as flat as mine with a bump lol!! I can't stop racking my brain and looking at nub pics haha!!
