i have been trying to arrange a telephone consultation with dr potter for the last 6 weeks but have had no reply, please can someone help with this?

I found them a little slow to start but it soon picked up.

I called and made the consultation appt over the phone. It was easy and fast.

You can also just call the main line at Laguna Hills and speak w/Susannah. You should be able to get something scheduled asap.

I second the email to Lori. I had sent numerous emails through their contact us page on the website and NEVER got an answer. Also no one ever answered the phone for me either. I did have success emailing Lori directly.
