Well I had a miscarriage, I would love to sway pink again but this time hardcore swaying.
My heart hurts when my DD who is almost 6 asks for a sister and day dreams about her every day. I tell her to ask God. I have a DS who is 7 DD 5 and DS 13 months.
With my daughter, I remember I had screwy cycles 3 months after my dnc. We then were moving into a new place. Im sure we went almost a week without sex. Didn't eat that much also, either did I with my son.
Anyway since I'm going hardcore I would love to purchase the diet plan BUT since I am going thru a miscarriage I want to wait. And also more importantly I am 35 pounds over weight from my pregnancy with my son. I want to loose all the weight before I ttc or atleast more than half.
I did it after my daughter well two years after her I finally got motivated and lost 45 pounds in 3 months.
The only thing stopping me from crying is a future daughter.
I would love to purchase a plan but don't know when or how. I don't have the money right now maybe next month, but I'm not sure how long the membership plan last?
Thanks for reading! Hoping I didn't ramble on.
I use to chat on a diff site, but ladies seem to judge me since I already have a daughter. So I dont know the feeling of want. But, I really do want this especially for my daughter. I only have two sisters I'm the middle child. I want my daughter to experience what I have with my sisters. For her kids to have an aunt. So fingers crossed it works!

Hi Princess Mom,
Sorry to hear about your miscarriage. I to am swaying girl with my 4yo DD asking for a sister. The personal plan lasts 6 months and you have a private place to ask atomic anything. ( I went for the plan when I was swaying for my DS) I would highly recommend them. I am not going for one this time as I don't have a strong preference this time I plan to have 2 more. Dream membership last for 12 months and is very very reasonable for all the information you get in the dream member section.
The ideal time to be on the diet and exercise is 12 weeks, which should give you plenty of time to drop the weight before TTC.

Hi! I'm so sorry for your loss. I also had a D&C and am swaying for a girl. You won't be judged here, gender desire is gender desire. Dream Membership lasts a whole year and gives you access to all the private forums and a TON of information. A sway plan lasts 6 months and is super helpful- Atomic customizes it for you and takes all the guesswork out. I highly recommend both. If money is tight you could always start with the dream membership and then in a month go for a customized sway plan if you want.
Here is a link to the page where you can sign up for everything.

Thank you ladies so much! I will decide which one to go with, money is sort of tight as of right now. I'm looking forward to staying on this board and learning much more.

Welcome! I'm so sorry you've been judged, you won't find that here. I sm swaying pink for my first and will probably sway pink lightly for my 2nd, too.

Thanks! I love hearing from other ladies, makes me feel better. My DH is honestly satisfied with his kiddos. I'm the one who wants to try again for a girl. He is 11.5 years older than me. I just want to give my daughter a sister.
I will most likely join the cheap membership then join a more expensive one.
I just need to know what to start taking eating etc.
I was just taking cranberry and crystal light, which doesn't seem so effective.
I don't want to take any extra nutrients I know when I concieved DD I didn't take any prenatals etc.
My diet is pretty much chicken and junk, which I am cutting out.
I am giving up
Potatoes, Soda, Chocoalte, chips, candy. Plus I have to give up items for lent starting soon, and most likely just continue the soda and potatoes.
What supplements is everyone taking?

The only supplements I am taking are folic acid and a fibre supplement before my main meal.
I don't think you need to give up anything just eat within the guidelines of the LE diet. My DD was conceived eating a lot of traditional boy foods but I was on a diet. I am vegetarian since I was a child so that may have helped too
There are a lot of posts on here with meal ideas and recipes. So that should help you

Thank you ladies! I don't feel out of place! Just because I have a daughter. I mainly want to lose my 30 pounds before I try again which gives me time. I'm thinking trying in June

Would being on birth control pills until I am ready would that interfere with pink swaying?

Soda, candy and potatoes ate all great pink foods! Just not between meals/no snacking. And crisps in moderation are fine, too.

^^^ as long as you don't have PCOS, insulin resistance, or have more than 20-30 lbs to lose! Older moms may do better avoiding these things too. :)
