What exactly does it do? How much should I take? How long does it take to work? Will it mess my cycle up? I'm looking for something that will give me ewcm since nothing else is working lol. I can't find too much about this. Can anyone show me where I can get more info? TIA!

I took it during my sway with DD#5...it went from only having small amounts of EW on the day of O only to that much that (TMI) my undies were soaked and it ran down my legs when I had none on, for about 4-5 days!! Worked fantastic and I only took it for 1 month, fell pregnant first go....but obviously something else in my environment was favouring girls.
Sorry...forgot to add that I took 1 tab for a month exactly from AF - BFP...I O'ed as per normal and got a BFP. Worked well after just taking it for about 10-11 days till I saw an effect. But my body is very sensitive to anything I take.

would you consider preseed? for me, i want to know what my cycle does so i can best guess O. i tried a couple supps (l-arg and gelatin) and it dried me up and delayed my O. i dont want that risk, i want to be able to predict. most supps will mess with your cycle but again depends on your body. in my opiniopn, i would take as less supps as you can and take only what you need thatis defly worth it (for ex if you know robitussin gives you ewcm without delaying O). etc. or you can always use real ew!! and by the way, i have tons of ewcm and 2 girls! but i think for me it was timing..even tho lots of ppl dont believe it that!

Yep, I used Preseed thus past cycle. I'll be using it again. I went and picked up some Mucinex today. The Robitussin didn't work or either I didn't use enough of it.
I know what you mean about things messing up O. I don't want that either and you never know. The EPO and fish oil didn't mess it up so maybe I'll just stick with those. I had got ewcm in my May cycle right after I added in fish oil. I had been taking EPO for 2 months by then. So it could have been the soy I started in June that dried up my ewcm.

Alexis, I know I posted a bunch about the RJ and BP in our chit chat thread, but I would say that I don't think these two are the ewcm makers....or supposed to be....they are just superfoods and fertility-boosters. They are not hormone-related, so I don't honestly think they can mess up your cycle. Those are usually the hormone-related supps like L'Arg, FertileCM, Tribulus Terrestris (or however you spell it) and the like. Flava and PP might correct me here, but I am pretty sure that most of the boy swayers that I have seen from IG and here all took the RJ at least. Give it a try! They are not very expensive. I do the capsules, but RJ comes in a real honey form, I just hate eating honey alone, so I did the capsules.

And gelatin, that raises T so is a hormonal supp.

I would try more Mucinex and definitely keep the fish oil up, you know that works for you. And add the preseed. You will have the trifecta working for you there.

I also took a lot's of soy with DD4 so no soy for sure this time. Oh and have to put mucinex on my list to buy!
My cycle is always different with 2-3 days so it's not like I can predict things here anyway. I only hope I can dtd 2 times before O 2 days apart , that's it.

UGH, that is pretty damn annoying. I feel like there are probably other things to do that swayed girl too. Like the calcium avoidance. Well, it's gonna work this time, love!

Well I think I'm just gonna stick with EPO and fish oil. Adding in some Mucinex. Might try it next cycle if there is one.

Don't take the fact that I had a girl into consideration. Because I used preseed too and still got a girl. It was on a boy moon day, all the planets and crap aligned boy (was given a 95% chance of boy by my moon chart thingie). Diet and timing were pretty good too. I just work with super x sperm!!!

Lol!!! I think I just want to stick to my original plan cause that's what worked for me in May. Only thing different in June and July was the soy. So cutting that. Let's hope my DH doesn't have the super x sperm!
Where can I find this moon chart thing? I'm interested.

I don't think your DHs CAN have super x sperm, isn't that a myth? Alexis, sounds like you are feeling good with your plan and that is the most important! FX for this coming month!!!!

I don't know if I would really class gelatin as a hormonal supp because it works by building muscle mass that in turn raises T, rather than affecting the hormonal mechanisms in your body directly. But it is def. interesting that some people are finding that it dries them up. Maybe gelatin is doing more than it appears to be doing!!! Sneaky jello.

Well, because it worked for her, she thinks it works, and I can totally understand that (because that is why I KNOW calcium does not = girls LOL!!) But phytoestrogens do not equal estrogen.

I completely agree with this analysis!!! Thanks so much Lola! :agree:
I think that for anyone who is 110% sure you are not allergic to bees, and no one in your genetically-related family is allergic to bees, then it is a fine fertility food and will help you both to conceive a baby boy and also to carry that pregnancy. Of course there are exceptions to that because it's not just taking a supp or eating a food that sways, it's what happens in your body as a result of the supps that sways. So you can take a supp or eat a food all day every day, and if your body does not respond to that (or other factors counteract the effects) you are still going to be more disposed to conceive an opposite.
In other words, if something sways 95% of the time, that's no consolation to you if you're in the 5%, but it will still help a lot of people.
The downside of RJ/BP is that if you have any genetic predisposition to developing a bee allergy, you may be priming your body for a bee allergy which REALLY sucks (my husband is allergic to yellow jackets) because then you ahve to go everywhere with a epi-pen and Benadryl in your purse for the rest of your days. >:( Consequently, my thinking leans in the direction of skipping the RJ/BP and focusing on other fertility foods that are safer, like wheatgrass, phytonutrients, healthy fats, etc.

Even if they are 100% right on both the soy and the calcium and I am 100% wrong, the blood sugar stuff is a killer for a blue sway (ya know, my much-despised Rice Krispies and non-dairy creamer combo ;)).
I totally agree with Lola, it's going to work this time Flava and it's going to work without the m/c, I hope and pray. No one should have to go through what you did. :(
