Is there a certain amount to take daily? I just started (OMG so nasty) and I have just been doing one scoop, which is the serving size on the package.

it definitely is gross. I just used 1 scopp a day and I mixed it with orange juice because I could not stand the taste

It is truly horrifying IMO.
Never exceed more than the serving size on the package.
Looking at your signature, have you checked this with your doctor to be certain it's ok?? If not, please do. The Vit. K in greens may not be right for you as it can make your blood clot more easily.

It is vile stuff. I choked it down for a couple weeks before discovering a bit of an intolerance. If you think the wheat grass is bad, you will HATE gelatin, LOL. That one shot didn't even make it down for me.

That would actually be good for me because my blood clots too slowly :)

If I took wheatgrass and had a girl, should I skip it this time?

No, you can still use it. I know people think they need to "do the opposite" but that only works if wheatgrass was the reason you got a DD. No one's sway ever comes down to one thing like that, it's just not the way it works (unless that one thing is "bad luck")
THat having been said, if you're just not feeling it, I certainly don't think it's a magic blue bullet either so if you want to skip it, I wouldn't lose any sleep over it.

I know this may not be the easiest solution to the nasty wheat grass but if you have a juice place near where you live having it fresh tastes much better almost sweet. Thats what i did with this time around because i couldnt stomach the pills or powders i know its a but more complicated and cant be done everyday but you might want to give it a try.

I also have directions for how to grow and make it yourself - now I personally still found it unbelievably rancid tasting haha

I've been known to have that "bad luck" thing. I need something to get rid of that!!

I've already gotten pretty used to it. I have a little cup the size they serve you on a plane and I use a straw. I do a scoop of grass and the rest water and that is just enough to drink it fast without it getting gritty. Then I refill it with water to drink the leftover residue...at that point my mouth is coated and that washes it away. I can drink it no problem this way.
