While TTC#1 I used the following at certain times of the month for general fertility.

EPO (AF-O)
Red raspberry leaf tea (AF-O)
Green tea (AF-O)
Grapefruit (AF-O)
Pineapple (O-AF)

I had a girl so I just want to make sure this stuff doesn't sway pink and that I'm doing it at the right times of the month.

WEre you also taking fish oil at the same time??

Taking EPO ALONE may sway pink. When you take it in addition to fish oil/Omega 3 (making sure the fish oil/Omega 3 is the same or greater than the EPO/Omega 6), then they work together to sway blue. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/39013-skinny-fats-pink-blue.html

The rest of those things are supposed to sway blue, at least on paper. I do not feel we have a good body of info on the RRLT and personally I'd have you leave it out JIC there is something in it that may sway pink. We do know that it alters hormones and since you did get a DD while using it last time, my gut is for you to skip it.

I take fish oil too, plus my naturemade prenatal + DHA. For the EPO, that is only until AF right? I keep my fish oil the same all month.

Does coconut oil sway? I had been taking that too just for general health.

:agree: Yes EPO is AF-O only. Do not take EPO after ovulation, especially if you may be pregnant. Everything else is all month long.

Coconut oil sways blue.

Does coconut oil have to be in a ratio with any other oils the way 3/6 have to be in a ratio?

Coconut oil is different because instead of Omeg 6 and Omega 3, it has Omega 6 and saturated fat. It is ok to eat it, you'll be getting more than enough of Omega 3 and sat. fat to make up for the Omega 6 in the coconut oil. :)
