Hallo everybody!
At the moment I´m still having a break of TTC. Due to several facts we stopped and want to go on in July.

I was TTC for several months without success. So during my sway I seeked advice from my gyneologyst and he took blood samples at 2 cycles. He was very confused that my DHEA-S and my testosterone is very low (he said 35 is too young). My DHEA-S was 32 and the other cycle 63 µg/dl (normal range is 61 - 337). Testosterone was 0.05 and 1.63 mIU/l (normal range is 0.2 - 3.8).
So he recommended me warmly to take DHEA 25 mg daily. I guess that it seems to be necessary, because my levels are very low.

However is it possible that strict LE diet and strict exercising lowered these hormons? At the moment I am not on LE diet and I do not do any excercises. However I want to start again. Isn´s that a vicious circle?
Furthermore he prescribed D3, zinc and "selenium". Boy swaying!?!?! :worry:

Yes, it is possible that diet and exercise lowered your numbers, but I agree that most people at 35 would not have low DHEA even with diet and exercise.

I would compromise and take the DHEA and zinc in the recommended amount 3x a week, D and selenium 2x a week. That will help give your body what it needs to get moving in the right direction.

Thanks for your answer!
I am considering to buy a peronalized plan in a few weeks. I guess I feel more safe when I can discuss everything in more detail with you! It seems to be a bit complicated.
