Can someone guess for me. This pic is from my 19 week scan. I can see three white lines but they look very different. M confused.

Hello all. I have edited this pic. According to my tech baby is a boy. He wasn't sure.i have checked many other girls ultrasound pics. Three white lines should be even. But I can't see even lines in my pic. Does anybody think it's a swollen labia? I can see some boy part other side. Plz help me?23774
