Hi ladies,

I am sitting here thinking about the sway I can restart in a couple of months, and I'm curious about exercise

If I plan to start my sway in two months, can I exercise moderately now? When should I step it to to 6x a week for an hour?

I don't have much weight to lose, maybe 5-10 pounds max (I've been eating junk since i miscarried).

Also, do you recommend the intense exercise all month, or just AF-O?

THANKS!

Yes ex. moderately now, wait till 6 weeks to bump it up.

All month. If you're TTC you can reduce in the 2WW

I want you to start off eating higher cals (even up to 1800-2000) and you can always reduce.

What would you recommend for exercise now? what are your recommendations for reducing it during the TWW?

Whatever works for you. I don't have the info to pin it down, just do what is moderate for you and fits in with your overall schedule.
