What exactly is the difference between the bundle/meal plan and the sway plan and coaching?

The bundle includes 21 days of meals and snacks.

They both come with private coaching.

One of the bundles also comes with the Understanding Cycles and OPK book which has a lot of good stuff in it too. :)
